HOME
Football creates connection wherever people are. Across schools, estates and communities in the UK, we use football to build belonging, confidence and long-term support for young people.
The environments may change.
The need for relationships, safety and encouragement does not.

AWAY
Our international projects are built on the same foundations as our work at home — trust, consistency and human connection.
Different cultures. Different communities.
One shared belief: football can help create environments where young people grow, belong and thrive.

MORE THAN A FOOTBALL PROGRAMME
Every parent wants their child to be confident, resilient and prepared for life. Through football, mentoring and positive relationships, we help young people develop the skills, values and opportunities they need to thrive both on and off the pitch.

CONFIDENCE
We help young people build self-belief, overcome challenges and develop the resilience needed to thrive in life.
BELONGING
Positive relationships and safe environments help young people feel valued, connected and part of something bigger.
VALUES
Through football, mentoring and responsibility, young people develop leadership, empathy, teamwork and integrity.
OPPORUNITY
We create experiences, pathways and opportunities that help young people discover their potential and build brighter futures.
DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS
Every young person’s journey is different.
Our programmes create environments where young people can belong, grow and discover purpose over time.

“Coming along to Onside changed my life for the better....”
Onside is more than just a football club. For many of the children and young people attending our training sessions it is completely transformative.
Since 2012 we have seen thousands of children attend our training sessions in the U.K. We have also taken our programmes overseas, using football as a way of helping rehabilitate former child soldiers in Uganda, supporting Syrian refugees living in displaced persons camps in Iraq, mentoring formerly trafficked girls in India and working in Albania, Gambia, Nigeria and Bolivia.
