Onside Women
For the 2025-26 season we are launching 'Onside Women', a football group designed especially for women aged 25+. Sessions are held in Stanley Park playing fields at the same time as our kids training sessions and consist of:
- learning the basic skills of the game
- fitness for football, fitness for life
- small sided games
Sessions are designed for complete beginners right through to those who have been playing for a while and the emphasis is on fun, making friends and learning how to play.
Training sessions are free of charge but you must register in advance, which you can do by following the link below. Training happens during term time only, with each session lasting approximately one hour and starting at 2.30pm sharp.
